Cookware for Induction Cooktops
This is the big warning about induction cooktops. NOT ALL SAUCEPANS WILL WORK. It all depends on the material the cookware is made from. For example glass pans will not work. The simplest test is to see if a magnet will stick to the base of your pans. If it sticks, cook away. If not, you need a different set of pans or a different cooktop.
