My research so far shows the following manufacturers:

I am sure this is incomplete - many manufacturers market under a variety of brands and as induction cooktops undergo a resurgence in popularity you can guarantee that there will be more and more available.

In addition to induction cooktops there are also many single burner freestanding induction units available. These are very popular in many South East asian countries where space is limited in the kitchen. They range in price from as little as $100 on up.
